We will continue to collect tuition in-house, offer a 2% discount to those who pay in full by July 1, and mail monthly statements to those who pay by check.

Our current school families may choose to pay by check or direct debit. We encourage you to select direct debit, as this reduces our administrative costs. Please register for direct debit using this form, which is also available at the Parent Information Center, in the school ofice and the parish office.

The annual tuition is divided into ten (10) equal payments and the first payment is due no later than August 1, 2010. The first debit will be made on July 20, 2010 and subsequent debits will be made on the 20th of each of the following nine months. If you make payment by check, you will receive a statement each month; if you also have a child in the pre-school you will receive a combined statement. Statements will be mailed on the 20th of the month and payments are due on the first of the month. A 10-day grace period will be offered after which a $25 late fee will be assessed for each month in arrears. Book fees and the playground fee are included in the tuition. Your registration fee and the Maryland book credit ($34.00 per child for 2009-10) are deducted from your tuition. The registration fee for the following school year will be due at the time of re-registration (usually February 1.)

TUITION POLICY STATEMENT: St. Andrew's School reserves the right to cancel the registration of any student whose family fails to satisfactorily meet tuition payments by their due date, and to withhold the student's school records. No student may be admitted to the next semester if tuition is in arrears. If a student should transfer after the commencement of a semester, parents remain responsible for that semester's full tuition obligation. This applies for all grades, K through 8. Please refer to the St. Andrew Apostle School Parent/Student Handbook.

The SCHOOL PARENT SUPPORT PROGRAM is an obligation of each family at St. Andrew's Elementary School. Each family must:

Contributions to the SCHOOL PARENT SUPPORT PROGRAM are separate from tuition. Failure to fulfill the requirements of the SCHOOL PARENT SUPPORT PROGRAM will be treated as unpaid tuition.

The Elementry School registration form was updated on February 24, 2010 for the 2010-2011 school year. The Kindergarten registration form was updated on February 24, 2010 for the 2010-2011 school year. Please print the necessary registration forms, fill them in and and mail them, along with your check for the non-refundable registration fee of $500.00 per family. The Catholic Rate is given to those Catholic families who attend mass regularly on weekends and participate in the offertory program of their parish. Tuition assistance is available for those families in need. We are dedicated to working with and assisting every family, especially those with several school age children, and no family should decide not to return to our school because of the tuition cost. The Pre-School registration forms were updated on February 24, 2010 for the 2010-2011 school year. Please print a registration form for the 3 year old program or the 4 year old program, fill it in and mail it, along with your check for the non-refundable registration fee of $500.00 per family. Your registration fee of $500.00 will be deducted from your tuition.
