Sunday September 27, 2009 First Day of Classes 9:45 to 11:00am: please note the change in class time from previous years. Students must be registered in order to attend class. Please note that there will be no registration forms taken on the first day. If your child is unregistered you may take a form and mail it in or drop it off and your child will be admitted to the next class.
Our Faith Formation Sessions begin each Sunday in the All-Purpose Room with Morning Prayer for Grades K through 8. On Community Sundays we will gather in the library for prayer. PreK students go directly to the classroom.
Faith Formation is open to all students PreK (ages 3 & 4) through Grade 8, but especially those students who are not attending a catholic school. Parents, it is important for your child's faith development that they begin attending class by Kindergarten. Each year the curriculum builds upon the knowledge your child received the previous year. However, I do want to point out that our program compliments your efforts in passing on the faith to your child. We meet once a week for over 20 weeks which is basically 20+ days out of the year, you can see why we say, "we complement your efforts."
If you have questions please contact Mary Tull via email or at 301 649-4200 ext. 1.
